1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device identifiers. They can support essential functionality, remember preferences, measure use or enable advertising.
2. Our current use of cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they reach the website and how they interact with its content. Google Analytics remains disabled unless you select Accept analytics.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may use short-lived, strictly necessary technologies to deliver the website, balance traffic, prevent abuse or maintain security. These technologies are not used by us for analytics or advertising and, where the strictly necessary exemption applies, do not require consent.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| gueststory_cookie_consent | GuestStory | Local storage used to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. | 6 months |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visits so we can produce website usage statistics. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_<property-id> | Google Analytics | Maintains session information for our Analytics property. | Up to 2 years |
3. Your analytics choice
On your first visit, you can accept or reject analytics. The two choices are optional and the website works either way. If you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded and Analytics cookies are not set by us.
You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics removes the Google Analytics cookies we can remove from this website. Clearing browser storage may cause the website to ask for your choice again.
Google provides more information in its Privacy Policy.
4. The demo form
When you submit the demo form, the details you enter are sent to FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our business email accounts. This is a form-delivery request, not behavioural advertising or analytics. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect whether a website works correctly.
6. Future changes
If we introduce analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent choice before that technology is used where consent is required.
